TERRA Emily Restaurant embodies the Ukrainian vision of the concept of the four elements, emphasizing the connection between the interior and dishes that impress with their taste and appearance. The interior design, developed by the architectural bureau YOD Design, has received prestigious international design awards. Special accents in the interior are created by natural materials, for example, copper-plated glass slabs mounted on movable plates, embodying the image of burnt grass in meadows and the swaying of reeds on the lake when the wind blows along the shore. And the rays of light penetrating the thickness of the green glass of the columns and the wine cellar give the effect of a warm gradient of the sun, creating coziness in the middle of the restaurant for more than 200 people.

It wine-minded a restaurant with one of the largest wine lists in Western Ukraine. The collection has over 650 items, and it is constantly replenished with new and rare samples from all over the world. The list presents wines noted by the most authoritative critics: 21 items received the highest rating — 100 points. Special emphasis is placed on such outstanding wine-making regions as Bordeaux, Burgundy, Tuscany, and more than 50 different champagne positions in various styles and from prominent subregions are also presented. The restaurant's wine cellar holds up to 3,500 bottles, each of which is stored in compliance with precise temperature and humidity conditions — to preserve the authentic taste.

The menu, developed by chef Yuriy Dudka, who has worked with Michelin-starred chefs, is based on original recipes, local Ukrainian ingredients, farm products and home-grown meat delicacies. This symbiosis allows the restaurant to continue the tradition of haute gastronomy with deep national roots.
