The AVRA menu is created according to Dr. Mayer's recovery method - minimal load on the digestive system and maximum seasonal micronutrients. Each dish combines the benefits of healthy food and the uniqueness of haute cuisine. Among the must-try dishes are the Pink Matcha-Macadamia mousse with cauliflower, octopus carpaccio with sweet potato and romanesco, as well as the author's borscht with baked apple.
